Creativity:
To be or not to be creative - it is not a question of decision, it is mostly a matter of luck.
But when I have this lucky stroke, I am the happiest man on earth.
Therefore, I find the following important

The more skills, the higher the chance to be creative. Each additional ability provides a new perspective for everything
Flexibility:
As a musician, I must be very flexible.
- The more instruments I am able to play - the better.
- The more songs I am able to play - the better.
- The more pizzas I am able to deliver - the better.
